Created LRC International, Inc. in 1998 to provide organizations and their teams a new organizational “growth leadership capability” that enables the company to generate the kind of new thinking and innovation required to compete in today’s global marketplace.

Professional Background
Prior to launching LRC International, Eugene was a Director, Executive Coach, and Senior Consultant for an international management consulting firm providing consulting services to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to his consulting career, Eugene spent 15 years as an executive in the industrial engineering and construction industry.

Business Experience
Eugene has over 20 years experience in providing customized business consulting and coaching to executives of Fortune 1000 companies. He has consulted and successfully implemented enterprise wide IT initiatives, new product development, time to market projects, merger & acquisition integrations and transformational change initiatives.

Eugene’s strategic and operational prowess, affords him the ability to highly influence and develop senior leaders resulting in breakthrough initiatives globally. He has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the telecom and technology industries having worked with executives from leading organizations such as CenturyLink, Seagate Technology, Avocent Corporation.

Education
Attended Purdue University and is currently completing a graduate studies at University of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics. Eugene lives in the greater Philadelphia area.
